Down Til Now, a Charlottesville based band, performs a variety of modern, classic, and southern rock ‘n’ roll covers while infiltrating their own music into the repertoire. Signature high-energy live performances, creative and catchy original songs, and an innate ability to involve the crowd are just a few reasons for their popularity throughout the region. The four passionate musicians pour their souls into their music and love every minute of it. “It is all about having fun,” states Travis, lead singer for the group. Shows regularly begin with him singing, “I was feelin’ kind of down ‘til now” and one simple question to the crowd, “how are you feeling?” Down Til Now is equipped with the talent, the heart, and the drive to ensure that by the end of the show the answer is always, “awesome.” Currently, Down Til Now is working on a new album scheduled for release in Fall 2010. They can be seen performing weekly in a host of establishments throughout the region ranging from local pubs to premier concert venues such as the Jefferson Theater. Visit www.downtilnow.com for more information about the band.
